Jen Demarest
Jen Demarest opened baker & cook in the fall of 2019, bringing a casual, high quality neighborhood bakery and café to Boyes Hot Springs. With over 19 years of restaurant experience in Sonoma , she and her husband Nick, previously owned the Harvest Moon Café.
The principals and goals to work with local, sustainable ingredients to create the best possible products for her customers remain an emphasis through the menus. Jen is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y.
Sonoma picnic and provisions provides Jen with the artistic outlet to plan and create a perfect private event, creating beautiful settings and delicious food for local and visiting clients. Attention to every detail and unique table settings create an unforgettable wine country experience.
