Cancellation Policy
All bookings with Sonoma Picnic and Provisions (Boyes Harvest LLC) are final sale, and we do not offer refunds. However, we understand plans change—so your picnic investment can be applied as a credit toward a future booking or transferred to someone else.
If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate based on availability. Please note: cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your picnic date may incur additional fees for food or premium setup items already purchased.
Weather Policy
Sonoma weather can be unpredictable, but your picnic doesn’t have to be. At the time of booking, we ask that you provide a backup location in case of rain or inclement weather. We’re happy to offer location suggestions, but selecting and reserving a rain plan is the client’s responsibility.
If weather requires rescheduling and no backup location is available, Sonoma Picnic and Provisions (Boyes Harvest LLC) will do our best to find a future date based on availability. However, we are not liable for cancellations due to weather, and refunds are not offered.
Damage Policy
All picnic items—décor, settings, and equipment—are the property of Sonoma Picnic and Provisions (Boyes Harvest LLC). Please treat our setup with care. Clients are responsible for any lost or damaged items, including linens requiring professional cleaning. Any applicable charges will be communicated via email and are due within 14 business days.
Late Policy
To ensure the full enjoyment of your picnic experience, please arrive on time. Your rental period begins at your reserved start time—not arrival time—and ends as scheduled.
Alcohol Policy
Sonoma Picnic and Provisions (Boyes Harvest LLC) does not provide or serve alcohol. If you choose to bring your own, a signed Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement is required at booking. By signing, you accept full responsibility for any alcohol-related outcomes.
Photography Release Policy
We love capturing the magic of your picnic! By booking with Sonoma Picnic and Provisions (Boyes Harvest LLC), you grant permission to photograph your setup, which may include you and your guests, for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
Prefer to keep your picnic private? Just let us know in writing before your event.
Health & Safety Policy
Your comfort is our priority. We spray all picnic items with insect repellent and provide bug spray on-site, but outdoor environments come with natural elements.
Guests are responsible for additional precautions, especially for private property locations. Sonoma Picnic and Provisions (Boyes Harvest LLC) is not liable for bites, stings, allergies, or related health issues that may arise during your event.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at booking to reserve your date. All payments are non-refundable. We accept credit cards and can issue a custom invoice for corporate clients or special requests. Please reach out before booking for check or cash arrangements.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
We are proud to offer curated, elevated picnics—but outdoor activities come with natural risks. By booking with Sonoma Picnic and Provisions (Boyes Harvest LLC), you agree to:
Assume all risk associated with your picnic experience
Release us from liability for injury, damage, or loss, even if due to negligence
Indemnify us against any claims, costs, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your picnic, including those related to alcohol use
We appreciate your respect for our setup and our policies—it allows us to continue creating exceptional experiences in wine country.
